American Clay breathes, is mold resistant, hypo-allergenic, & low toxic. It also won the 2004 outstanding green product award from the National Association of Homebuilders.

Porcelina: The smoothest plaster from American Clay gives us the opportunity to create traditional opulent Old World marble smooth surfaces. It’s decidedly epic- whether applied with a sleek hard- troweled finish, burnished for greater depth or layered, blended with color & waxed. Porcelina is the answer for elegant Italianesque or Contemporary walls.

Delightfully soft & smooth to the touch, American Clays porcelina is used to create the polished, marble-smooth wall surfaces that have been prized by artisans for centuries. Porcelina creates walls with dramatic depth & movement -- visual texture to compliment the plaster’s silky feel. When several layers of color are interwoven & then waxed or soaped, this plaster will recreate the stunning look of Venetian plasters of Mediterranean & Italian villas. Porcelina is made of the same ingredients as Loma, with a finer aggregate, & is available in the same colors.

Loma: American clays original plaster, Loma provides a surprising range of textures for interior walls. While always serving as a basecoat for all three of our Premiere Plasters, Loma as a final finish brings a finely honed polish to any wall surface. With a slight change in technique, Loma produces sophisticated depth reminiscent of suede, whisper - subtle matte elegance or rustic organic surfaces with true tactile appeal.

Loma is American Clays original formulation. Like all of our plasters, it softens up boxy rooms & adds a wamm depth to your walls. Loma can be used to create a wonderful range of finished surfaces - from finely polished walls with beautiful depth & visual visual texture, to matte finishes, to more rustic, textured walls. Colors range from architectural gray to ocean blues to earthy reds & golds, blending with any style home. It is made from a variety of clays, aggregate, mineral pigments & a non-toxic mold inhibitor.

Marttimo: The strongest of the American Clays three plasters, Marttimo draws its beauty & charm from the Mediterranean villages of Morocco & from the playfulness & color of the Caribbean islands. Crushed shell aggregate gives it strength. In addition it is the shell that provides the speckle that adds depth & subtle sheen to any interior enviroment. Somewhat reminiscent of the ancient shell terrazzo floors of Italy & Egypt, Marttimo brings a soft patina that envelops a room with exquisite beauty. Marttimo imparts a glow unequaled in the world of plaster.

Inspired by Mediterranean & Caribbean finishes, Marttimo brings the ocean’s tranquility into your home. Sea shell aggregate gives a magnificant subtle speckle to Marttimo, adding depth to your walls. This plaster feels like it has been polished with warm beeswax & is wonderful to touch.

Enjarre: is a proprietary blend of clays, aggregates, & mineral pigment. Enjarre is designed with your commercial project, production housing development, condo project, & any other large scale application in mind. It is easily repaired (compared to other plasters), eliminates the need to schedule a painter, and is zero VOC.
